2016年の夏、糖質制限ダイエットで大リバウンドをしてしまった経験があるので、その経験について詳しく書きたいと思います。

わたしは結婚式に向けて糖質制限ダイエットを始めました。糖質制限ダイエットは、カロリー制限ダイエットに比べて栄養不足になりにくいのと、大好きなお肉がたらふく食べられるのでこのダイエットを行おうと決意しました。

2ヶ月で6キロ痩せるという目標と共に始めたダイエットですが、その主な内容は、まず朝昼晩炭水化物は一切食べません。

間食やおやつももちろん抜きで、初めの1ヶ月は根菜や芋類など、糖質の含まれる野菜も控えていました。また、調味料もみりんなど糖質の入ったものは使わず、基本的に塩こしょうやスパイスのみの味付けで調理していました。一食の糖質の量はだいたい10g以下に抑えていました。

その代わりカロリーはだいたい1日1500キロカロリー近くとり、極端にカロリー制限しないよう気をつけてタンパク質を食べるようにしていました。

すると、最初の1週間で3キロの減量に成功。

正直1週間で3キロも痩せたことがなかったので驚きと喜びでいっぱいでさらに次の1週間はやる気満々でほぼ糖質ゼロの日々を過ごしました。

すると不思議なことにスイーツや炭水化物が食べたい欲望がなくなってきて、全く苦ではなくなりさらに一週間と、気づけば1ヶ月続いていました。

その時点で体重は目標の6キロ減量に成功し、ご褒美に友達とホテルブュッフェへ行きました。

1日ぐらい良いだろうとこれでもかと普段我慢していた糖質を食べました。すると、スイーツやパスタやピザの美味しいこと。

絶対に1日でやめようと思っていたのに気づけば次の日も、その次の日も、暴食が止められなくなってしまいました。

ダイエット前はパンよりもご飯が好きであまりパンを食べる習慣がなかったのに、気づけば毎日菓子パンを食べていたり、お腹がいっぱいなのに無理やりスイーツを詰め込んだり、ひどい時は朝から夜中までひたすら何か口に入れていました。

そんな日が続き2週間後に恐る恐る体重を測ってみると2週間でなんと10キロも増えていました。

人生でこんなに短期間で10キロも太ったことはなく、衝撃を受けましたがそれでもお菓子やパンをやめることはできず、2日絶食しては5日暴食の日々の繰り返しです。

後に調べると、糖質を制限しすぎると無性に炭水化物が食べたくなりリバウンドしやすい体になってしまうとありました。

体が省エネモードになっているところに糖質をどんどん取り込むので普通の状態の何倍も太りやすい体になってしまったようで、ダイエット前よりも太ってしまいました。今でもまだダイエット前よりも体重の重い体型のまま過ごしています。

糖質制限ダイエットをするときのコツは、糖質を制限しすぎないこと、また、いきなり糖質量を増やさずに徐々に増やしていくことが重要だそうです。

糖質制限ダイエットにチャレンジする際は、この2点を必ず守るようにしなければ怖い怖いリバウンドが待っていますよ。
